METHAMPHETAMINE VIDEOCONFERENCE Time: 2:00pm - 4:00pm CST Location: National Children's Advocacy Center Training Center, 210 Pratt Avenue, Huntsville More info: 327-3753 SRCAC will be hosting a FREE videoconference on THE NATIONAL PROTOCOL ON METHAMPHETAMINE. Presented by Ron Mullins , the National Drug Endangered Children’s Training Coordinator at the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children in San Diego, CA. He has trained extensively on the issue of methamphetamine across the country. Brief Overview: Mr. Mullins will present on the history, location of drug labs, cooking methods of methamphetamine and it’s impact on children. He talks about the effects of methamphetamine on children and adults, general abuse and neglect issues and the risk for injury on these general. He discussed decontamination protocols and finally what we can do as a society to address this issue.
