n March, NCAC Executive Director, Chris Newlin, presented “Enhancing the MDT Response to Child Abuse,” and, “Recent Research Affecting Child Abuse Investigations,” at the Protecting Delaware’s Children Conference in Dover, DE.

Chris then headed to Washington DC to participate in the National Protocol for Pediatric Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Examinations Work Group Meeting. Chris also participated in the CAC Urban Forum in Dallas, Texas.

In March, NCAC Senior Trainer, Linda Cordisco Steele, traveled to Hawaii to conduct a two-day Extended Forensic Interview Training.

Also in March, NCAC Trainer, Andra Chamberlin conducted a three-day Advanced Forensic Interviewing Training in Colorado. In addition, Andra traveled to West Virginia where she presented two workshops, “More Than We Know: Polyvictimization and the Need for a Comprehensive Interview,” and “Hostile Territory: A Forensic Interviewer in Court,” at the WVCAN’s 2015 Conference: The Team Response to Child Abuse.
