SRCAC is committed to supporting CACs in our region with their endeavors to provide training for their staff, board members and multidisciplinary team that will enhance their skills and techniques in working with the children and families in the community. Through our Professional Development program individuals can apply for funding to help with tuition assistance to attend national conferences, local training and seminars. CACs can also apply for travel assistance to help cover transportation and lodging, based on government per diem.
SRCAC also has NCA n.e.t. scholarships for CACs in our region wishing to participate in monthly Peer Review and Educational Calls using the NCAn.e.t. technology. Scholarships are given annually to help sites cover fees associated with connecting to the videoconferencing system.
