SRCAC Customized Training
SRCAC can assist CACs in assessing their training needs and help to develop a training customized for your staff and community at your site. All training services are provided by experienced faculty who work daily in the field of child sexual abuse and are recruited from active, successful Children's Advocacy Centers.   • Training Programs
    • Children's Advocacy Centers Development training will assist you with starting a CAC in your community.
    • Organizational Development provides you with information on how to establish agency collaborations, developing your board, building resources and planning.
    • Multidisciplinary Team Building is an interactive training for your team. Team members will learn the importance of working together to improve the outcome of the child and their family.
    • Board Development training offers techniques on how your active board can support the work of the CAC.
    • Facilitation Training provides CAC staff with information on how to enhance their skills as facilitators of team meetings as well as ongoing team communication and relationships.
    • Strategic Planning training can assist you with planning for the growth and development or your CAC, Board or Chapter CAC.
  • Training Assessment Form. Collects information that will help to assess the training needs of your staff/community. You may download and print a copy of the assessment form for use in your assessment of your Developing CAC, or Accredited CAC.
