Travel Assistance

At times, SRCAC is able to provide assistance to child abuse professionals associated with an existing or developing CAC in the Southern Region to continue their professional development. Travel Assistance is awarded on a competitive basis, and reimbursed to the CAC for individuals to attend the trainings designated on their application.

Participants are required to adhere to federal per diem mileage, and lodging guidelines when making their travel arrangements. Partial or full reimbursements will not be made if travel exceeds the federal per diem rates. Proper documentation of the travel must be sumbitted with their request for reimbursement. For more information on this program, contact Melissa Dickey at  This email address is being protected from spambots.
