The Southern Regional Children's Advocacy Center (SRCAC) is a project of NCAC funded through the Department of Justice to provide training and technical assistance to communities in the southeastern states and DC working to provide a coordinated, collaborative response to child abuse.

- 1,641 professionals attended 23 presentations made by SRCAC at national, regional or state conferences.
- 1,156 professionals attended one of 53 trainings, on-site technical assistance or chapter events conducted or supported by SRCAC.
- 1,412 professionals received information about SRCAC services and support through marketing opportunities at national and state conferences.

- 16 state chapters
This represents 41% of all the CACs in the U.S.
With the strong growth of CACs, many states have developed state-wide organizations or Chapters. Chapters can utilize local networks and are familiar with laws that are unique to their state. In addition to networking and mentoring opportunities, Chapters are often working to educate state leadership on protecting children and the needs of CACs.
