Participants who register and pay by January 22, 2018 receive the early registration rate of $539 per person.  If payment is not received by the early registration deadline, registration fees change to reflect the regular registration rate of $589.  Registration fees must be paid in full before the conference begins.

Symposium Registration/Check-In

Symposium Check-in/Registration opens Monday, March 19, 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at the Von Braun Center, South Hall. 

Check-in/registration continues Tuesday, March 20, beginning at 7:00 a.m. 

*For Symposium Pre-Conference attendees, check-in/registration begins Monday, March 19, at 8:30 a.m. at the Von Braun Center, South Hall. 

The Opening Plenary Session begins on Tuesday, March 20, 8:30 a.m.  Workshop sessions begin on Tuesday, March 20, 10:30 a.m. and conclude on Thursday, March 22, 4:30 p.m. 

Your Symposium name badge is required for admittance to all workshops and activities.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received by February 19, 2018 will be refunded, less a $75 administrative charge. NO REFUNDS will be made after February 19, 2018. Registration fee is transferable at no additional charge. Registered participants may use their confirmation number (found on your confirmation email) to modify or cancel your registration by using the online registration link.  All substitutions and/or changes made after March 15th will be handled on-site.

Paying by Credit Card

Credit Cards are the preferred method of payment for the conference.  Register online and provide your credit card information as payment. 

Paying by Check

Register online and select "check" as the payment type, then send a copy of your registration form AND payment to:

Registration is subject to cancellation if payment is not received within two weeks of initial registration. 

Invoices and Receipts

Upon completing registration, each registered participant will receive a confirmation email, which includes payment information.  Please keep a copy of this email for your records.
