Participants who register and pay by January 27, 2017 receive the early registration rate of $519 per person. If payment is not received by the early registration deadline, registration feeds change to reflect the regular registration rate of $569. Registration fees must be paid in full before the conference begins.
After January 27, 2017, the registration fee increases to $569.
Written cancellations received by February 27, 2017 will be refunded, less a $75 administrative charge. NO REFUNDS will be made after February 27, 2017. Registration fee is transferable at no additional charge. Registered participants may use their confirmation number (found on your confirmation email) to modify or cancel your registration by using the online registration link. Substitutions and/or changes may also be handled on-site.

Upon completing registration, each registered participant will receive a confirmation email, which includes payment information. Please keep a copy of this email for your records.
