Huntsville, Alabama – The National Children’s Advocacy Center’s Training Center is looking for presenters to participate in the 35th International Symposium on Child Abuse.  The deadline for  applications is the close of business Friday, July 13.

More than 3,000 speakers have shared their knowledge with other child maltreatment professionals over 35 years.

The Symposium attracts more than 1,400 participants and 50 exhibitors from around the world.

The NCAC seeks workshops that are relevant to an audience of both new and experienced child maltreatment professionals. Presentations should be both engaging and innovative. The Symposium offers workshops related to the following tracks:

  • Administration
  • Child Protective Services
  • Forensic Interviewing
  • Human Trafficking/Sexual Exploitation
  • Law Enforcement
  • Medical
  • Mental Health Treatment
  • Prevention
  • Prosecution/Legal
  • Secondary Traumatic Stress
  • Victim Advocacy
  • Youth-Serving Organization
