Participants who complete Part 1 - Foundations in CE-CERT will be able to:
- Define each of the CE-CERT practice domains
- Describe how each domain relates to secondary trauma or professional burnout
- Summarize how each of the five domains supports worker well-being
Supervisors who complete Part 2 - CE-CERT for Supervisors training and consultation calls will also be able to:
- Employ one reflective prompt for each domain that supports the assessment of worker well-being
