NCAC Out and About August 2012
The NCAC staff was Out and About around the country in the month of July.
Chris Newlin, NCAC Executive Director, represented Southern Regional CAC in meeting with CAC’s of Georgia to assist with strategic planning.
At the 75th Annual Conference of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, NCAC Trainer Andra K Chamberlin, engaged with judges from around the country in a discussion titled “Evidence-Based Practice: Effective Questioning of Children in Judicial Proceedings”.
Muriel Wells, NCAC CALiO research librarian, joined David King, PhD in presenting the “Neglect of Neglect: Is Research Informing Practice?” at the the International Family Violence and Child Victimization Research Conference.
