In February, NCAC Executive Director, Chris Newlin, conducted two Child Protection Investigative Team Trainings for 190 attendees in Tennessee. In addition, Chris met with U.S. Air Force JAG faculty to discuss training collaborations in regards to their Special Victims Counsel for Children.

Also in February, NCAC Senior Trainer, Linda Cordisco Steele, traveled to New York to conduct a 2-day Advanced Forensic Interviewing Training and to Kentucky to conduct a Forensic Interviewing Training. Fellow NCAC Trainer, Andra Chamberlin traveled to Wisconsin and New Mexico to conduct Forensic Interviewing Trainings.

NCAC Prevention Director, Deborah Callins and NCAC community Education Program Manager, Beth Jackson, traveled to Mississippi to conduct a one-day prevention training titled, “CACs and Prevention – A Natural Fit.”
