For almost ten years, The NCAC has worked with Childhood Brasil, and they were recently able to pass a law in support of the best interests of children which includes the development of Integrated Centers (CACs).  While Executive Director, Chris Newlin was in Brazil recently, he was given a doll that represents how the development of Integrated Centers (CACs) has impacted the lives of children who have been sexually abused.  These centers offer children a safe place to tell what happened, and a path to hope and healing.
