Running an Effective Case Review in a Virtual World

This training will explore the challenges and opportunities associated with virtual case review meetings. Participants will learn strategies for developing and facilitating an effective case review that engages MDT members and supports a collaboration approach. This training will also discuss how virtual case review can serve to support and strengthen teams when in-person MDT development in not an option.

Greg Flett has over fifteen years of experience working with child serving non-profit organizations. In his role as Senior Program Manager at the National Children’s Advocacy Center, Greg leads the effort to enhance and expand services for Children and Youth as part of the National Resource Center for Reaching Victims.; working to develop resources and training aimed at increasing the quality and accessibility of services for child victims. Greg has served as director of CACs in New York and Colorado; and has facilitated trainings with Multidisciplinary Teams and Team Facilitators from across the country. Greg’s commitment to justice and healing for all children and youth stems from his belief that everyone has the right to a childhood free of abuse, trauma, and pain.
