DESCRIPTION

Understanding how to effectively prepare and execute the cross-examination of an expert is critical to a successful prosecution. This webinar will focus on investigating the expert, researching the relevant medical theories, preparing for the cross-examination, structuring the cross-examination outline, and effective ways to execute the cross-examination in court. Clips from real cross-examinations will be used to illustrate certain points.

Edward Chase, JD -- Edward is the Director of Litigation and Training for the DeKalb County (GA) District Attorney’s Office. He spearheads the training and development of the Assistant District Attorneys in the office, while simultaneously handling targeted cases for prosecution in one of the largest counties in the Atlanta metro region.
